New 700 x 35c Panaracer Pasela Tires
Hand built Mavic A719 wheel set with Shimano Deore LX Hubs,
Extra tough for long miles loaded down or to withstand the city potholes.
New Brooks Saddle and Lizard skin Bartape
Has room for fenders and racks with braze ons in the fork blades as well.
Frame possesses old school mountain bike geometry with a long top tube
providing a wider wheel base making it a very stable ride.
It also has a higher than usual bottom bracket height which makes the standover higher than normal for bikes of similar size.
There is very little information available on the brand history of this bicycle.
I acquired it from a friend who purchased it from Germany via Ebay.
It may have been built by someone employed by the Miyata Bike Corporation.
